Sits baths are a great way to remove internal cold.
Boil one or two handful of some of the following herbs
(use what you have or can get):
Mint, Yerva Luisa, Chamomile, Walnut, Fig leaves, marshmallow root, witch hazel bark, chamomile, calendula, lavender.
These are warming and healing herbs that our womb loves!
